WHAT IS IT?
The practice of chair yoga is an oasis of tranquility amidst the daily hustle and bustle. Participants embark on their journey to well-being by comfortably settling into their chairs, ready to explore the gentle movements and mindful breaths that await them.
We begin with an invitation to connect with the breath, to let go of external concerns, and to fully focus on the present moment. The initial stretches aim to release accumulated tension in the upper back and shoulders, providing a welcome relief to muscles tired from daily stress.
Throughout the hour, participants are guided through a series of poses designed to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. Variations are offered to accommodate individual needs, allowing each person to find their own pace and level of comfort.
Moments of meditation and relaxation punctuate the session, offering a well-deserved pause to reconnect with oneself and cultivate an inner sense of calm. Finally, the session concludes with a deep relaxation, allowing participants to soak in the benefits of their practice and leave feeling revitalized and balanced, ready to face the rest of their day with serenity.

If there are no participants signed up for a yoga class, 4 hours before the start of the class, the class will be cancelled
