WHAT IS IT?
Our certified yoga teachers offer a gentle and nurturing practice specifically designed for expectant mothers to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy. Rooted in the ancient tradition of yoga, prenatal yoga combines gentle stretching, mindful breathing techniques, and relaxation to help individuals prepare their bodies for childbirth and motherhood.
