This kind of contemporary yoga also offers a more creative variation, but at a faster pace that emphasizes coordinating your breathing with the movements. Poses are done several times throughout the session, but are held for a shorter amount of time.
IMPORTANT: You must contact the clinic to reserve your place in this course, otherwise you may not be able to attend.
If there are not enough participants 3 hours before the course, it will be cancelled.
