READ MORE ABOUT MICHAEL

Michael graduated from McGill University in 2009 with his degree in physiotherapy. He then worked in a variety of settings: acute care in hospitals, geriatrics, pediatrics, rheumatology, and convalescence. He eventually started working in his preferred field: musculoskeletal care. He quickly realized that the McKenzie (MDT) approach provided far superior outcomes, and so he pursued the training to become a certified, then Diplomaed McKenzie therapist. A few years later he became a clinical educator for the international McKenzie Diploma programme, and now supervises clinicians from around the world during their clinical placements towards obtaining the Diploma. More recently, Michael completed the training to become an instructor for the McKenzie Institute, and now teaches McKenzie courses across Canada.

Michael lives a double life -- as that of a musician. He is a choir director and jazz pianist, which complements well his work as a physiotherapist.
