For classes canceled by the participant with less than 3 hours' notice, please note that we must charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the price of your session. This also includes our free trial class.

If fewer than 3 participants are registered for our training courses 4 hours or less before the course, it will be canceled. Only registered participants will be notified.

Within two business days of receiving your registration, we will contact you to add your credit card to your file in case of last-minute cancellation or no-show. This policy also applies to our free trial classes.
